International orders are shipped with FedEx Express and are fully insured. National orders are shipped with Post Danmark. Shipping rates Denmark – 42 DKK. Orders over 200 DKK is free delivered. Scandinavia – 70 DKK (approx. €9) Orders over 700 DKK is free delivered. All EU countries – 90DKK (approx. €11) Orders over 700 DKK is free delivered. USA and Canada – 90DKK (approx. €11) Orders over 700 DKK is free delivered. Rest of the world – 135DKK (approx. €18) Orders over 700 DKK is free delivered. Please note that the shipping rates stated above are not inclusive of any import fees that you could be charged with when the package reaches your destination country. Delivery time Denmark – 1–3 days All EU countries - 1-3 days Rest of the world - 1-5 days Returns You are always entitled to an exchange and/or a refund within 14 days after you received your package. The product/products must be returned unused and in a mint condition. All tags and the original packaging (shoebox etc.) must be included. NB! Exchange and refund is not valid to underwear, CD´s, magazines and books. If you would like to exchange or refund, please contact us by mail or phone to receive information of what address the product/products shall be returned to. Also state if you want us to reserve another size/product for you. After you have received the return address from us, send the package together with a note where you state your name, order number and a short description of the matter. Pack the product/products in a bag or a box. Do not send items back by putting an address note directly on it. The product can in that case be ruined and the exchange or refund will therefore not be accepted. In case of an exchange or a refund the return shipping fee will not be refunded. Only the cost for the purchased items will be refunded. The money transaction to your account will be made as soon as possible after that we have received the returned package. It can be as long as two weeks though. If you wish to make an exchange to another product, you will be charged for the difference by credit card. If the product is cheaper the difference will be put back into the account stated on the return form as soon as possible. If you find that the product/products have been damaged during shipping or that we have sent you the wrong product/size, contact us by e-mail or phone for further instructions on how to make a complaint. In the case of an accepted complaint, the original shipping will be repaid along with the price for the purchased item/items. If you attach your shipping receipt, your return shipping will also be repaid. |
